Copy right registration is optional in Nepal . If owner of copyright wish to registration it is available.
Filing requirements
   1. Application and power of Attorney duly signed and sealed. (neither notarization nor        legalization required)
   2. A document which approval ownership of such work.
   3. An agreement (if any)
   4. Detail description of the creation
   5. Four copies of the work

Registration Requirements: Name, address, nationality, Date of birth and other information of an applicant.
      1. Nature of the Applicant's interest int he copyright of the work.
      2. Description about work.

In case of a work
a. Name or title and page
b. Language
c. Date of compilation of the work
d. Name and date of the country in which the work has first published
e. Number of publication
f. Other miscellaneous information as required.

In the case of sound recording, performation or broadcasting
